銅盤管太陽能一體機

Intergrated solar water heater with copper coil

特點：

1、水箱是非承壓的，水箱內有盤銅管，可以承受壓力6-8bar。

2、水箱內膽是SUS3042B食品級內膽，0.5mm厚度。

3、保溫層厚度是55-60mm

4、銅盤管的直徑是12mm，厚度0,。8mm，長度25-35mm。（可以定制特殊的標準）

5、支架可以是彩板的，1.5mm，可以是不銹鋼的1.2mm型鋼的，也可以是鋁合金的。（根據需要定做）

Features:

1. Water tank is pressurized with copper coil inside, can bear 6-8 bar pressure

2. The innner tank material is SUS 304 2B ,with thickness of 0.5mm

3. Insulation layer :55-60 mm

4. Copper coil diameter is 12mm, thickness 0.8mm, length 25-35mm. And can be customized by clients,

5. Frame material is color steel with thickness 1.5mm. Also could be customized of SUS304 with 1.2mm, or aluminium alloy.

工作的原理：

陽光照射在真空管上，管子吸熱，將管子里的熱水轉送到水箱里，冷水從銅管里走過，帶走水箱里水的熱量，二次交換熱量，出去就是熱水。

Work Principle:

Sunlight in the vacuum tube,then the tube absorbs heat, the hot water in the pipe transferred to the tank ,with cold water via the copper coil ,exchange the heat of the water in the tank, the second heat exchange , hot water out.
